Grâce is an associate who focuses on corporate, M&A and general business law matters, including cross-border transactions, joint-ventures, investments, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. Prior to joining ADNA, Grâce practiced law in international firms in Paris. Grâce has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2022. She holds a Master 2 in Business Law – DJCE from CY Cergy Paris Université and an LL.M. in Business Law from UCLA School of Law.
